Why

1. Is your group more inward focused or outward balanced?  Why do you think it’s that way?
2. What are the talents and passions in your group? What are some ways that you can use those to advance the cause of Christ?
3. Do you have margin in your group to serve together? What would need to change in your group to create the type of margin that you need?
4. What are the best examples of traders that you have seen within your group? How can you highlight these as examples to others?

What Now

1. At your next group meeting talk about the identity of your group.  Is your group inward focused or outward balanced?  Why do you think it’s that way?
2. Talk to a leader at your church about ways your small group could serve outside the walls of the church.
3. Write a note to each member of your group encouraging them that they are on mission each day at work, at home and in their neighborhood.
