Brian Mosley
President

Brian leads the ministry with a quiet and determined leadership style. He married his high school sweetheart, Julie. They have three kids, Abby, Grant and Ashley. As licensed foster parents, their home is sometimes a little fuller. They worship and serve at Allen Bible Church where Brian is also an elder.

Justin Forman
Executive Vice President, Sales and Strategic Partnerships

Justin loves using his entrepreneurial drive and passion for business to further God’s kingdom. He is resolved to see work as an opportunity for worship as he leads our team to serve over 120,000 churches and facilitates partnerships with some amazing ministries. He and his wife, Sharee, both graduated from Baylor. They have two kids, Tristan and Kate and are very involved in leading a Small Group at Allen Bible Church.

Phil Warner
Vice President, Video Production

Phil leads the creative team that produces all the video and print resources for the ministry. His passion is to use the power of media to boldly communicate the gospel. He has traveled the world working with Christian leaders, musicians and athletes producing, directing, editing and “making it happen.” Phil and his wife, Becky, have two sons, Hayden and Andrew and attend Lake Pointe Church Firewheel. 

Marc McCartney
Vice President, Events and Mobilization

Marc loves to work with church leaders. He produces and creates our RightNow Conferences which have taken place in Dallas, Orlando, Seattle, Washington DC, and Denver. Marc and his wife, Robin, are very involved at Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall, TX where Marc serves as an elder. They have two daughters: Macy and Mallory.

Scott Mosley
Vice President, Operations and Web Initiatives

Scott leads the technology team that creates and manages the websites. He’s also leading the charge on transforming small groups through our newest initiatives — RightNowTraining.org & RightNowMedia.org. He’s married to his beautiful wife, Holley, who is a Physics teacher at a local high school. They are both very involved in Young Life and their church, Centennial Church.

Steve Gee
Senior Director of Marketing & Design

Steve leads the marketing and design team for the resources and websites of the ministry. He is driven by the challenge of developing ideas and concepts into the visual; in order to communicate the vision and initiatives of the ministry to the church. Steve and his wife, Kristen, are involved in missions at Hunter’s Glen Baptist Church in Plano. They have a son, Les Charles, and a little girl named May.

This team has the honor of serving the Church everyday.
