Rob is the founding pastor of Orlando North Community Church. He and a team of visionaries established this church just over a month ago with a heart to live authentic Christian lives together in a community starving for a real encounter with Christ. Prior to starting Orlando North, Rob was the Generation Ministries pastor here at Calvary Assembly. During his six years on staff at Calvary his main focus was on discipling the twenty-somethings of this community and preparing them to live, not survive, a life that would expose the fame of God across the planet.

Rob graduated from Lee University in 1996 and got his M.B.A. with an emphasis in non-profit organizations from Regent University in 2001. He has just finished writing a book entitled Seldom Familiar which is geared towards a generation who has unwillingly found themselves trapped in a monotonous rut of survival, and are screaming for a way to find true life.

Rob and his wife, Melanie, have two children, Haley and Caeden.
